What’s the one thing that makes your time at university so special? Ask anyone who’s studied away from home and they’ll tell you.
At the Living Quarters, you’ll be surrounded by likeminded people from around the UK and beyond. Because when a building is designed with interaction, the result is an unrivaled sense of community.
Our properties have first-class amenities allowing the ideal blend of community and self sufficiency.
• Common rooms with seating, pool tables and everything else you need to relax with your housemates.
• Large kitchens with plenty of hobs, oven space and fridge space to go around. So no matter how turbulent your course may be, you can always cook up a storm.
• Communal laundry rooms keep your change out of the laundrette and in your pocket.
• Secure bike racks, giving you the freedom of the city circuit on two wheels.
Then there are our people. The ones who signed up to provide all the assistance you’ll need during your stay.
Our highly trained staff are dedicated to helping at every step – from moving in, to moving out. They’ll be there to help you settle in – and stay settled.
Central London is just a short tube ride away from all of our locations. So London’s world famous nightlife, cafes, restaurants, and shops are never far away.
Rushworth Hall is in the thick of it all. Ministry of Sound, The Old Vic Theatre and the Tate Modern are all within easy walking distance. So how ever you spend your leisure time, there’s plenty to please.
If open space is more your thing, Furzedown Hall and Cedar Hall provide respite from the concrete jungle. Set on opposite sides of a central garden in the leafy Tooting area, these properties offer plenty of green space – particularly important if you’re moving from somewhere a little quieter. And with local bars and restaurants a short walk away, the vibrant student lifestyle of South London is still on your doorstep.
Of course, you’ll be within easy reach of London’s major universities, colleges and training institutes. Public transport links offer easy access to St Georges Hospital Medical School, University of the Arts London (UAL), London South Bank, University of Roehampton, University of London, City University, and more. With a free shuttle running from Furzedown Student Village and Cedars Hall to the nearest tube station, you’ll always be connected to campus.
